Estabilish Hancosy
Get out of the box
Hancosy founded in 2016 by Gergely Csohány who is still managing the company beside hes collegaues. At that time Gergely had 8 years experience already in a multinational enviroment and hes got all hes experience directly from the field. As an engineer hes leaded many projects to take leadrship skills and getting a spark for strategical solutions by experience a worldwide role where hes spent 4 years before founding the company.
The 1st step was is to step out from the shades to face the industry roadblocks and hes vision was: the technology fused with right leadership could reach success at every single cases, and its must be shared in the industry sector to create the tomorrow together.
Our journey began with a small team of passionate engineers who shared a common vision: to revolutionize the way businesses approached engineering and managment challenges. From the outset, we set out to create a company that would combine technical expertise with a customer-centric approach, providing tailored solutions that would surpass expectations.

Hancosy started to create training modules what is already count 32 industry standards in a different methods like classroom trainings, online trainings and 4 hours quicklearning modules.

As “Hancosy Engineering” we recognise the importance of the wide range solutions to be provided for our cosutmers, we getting involved other partners who work in similar scope, but in a different area. The business partner called “Engineering Synergies”. That integration as a business partner let us extend our services with Design&Manufacturing, Strenghten Technology and Process Development.
And that synergies let us become HEES Project Group.
